Pasta Fatta in Casa - Handmade Fresh Pasta
Our pasta is made fresh daily using traditional Italian techniques and the finest semolina flour from Puglia.
Experience the difference of authentic Italian pasta. From silky tagliatelle with ragu Bolognese to delicate ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, each strand is rolled and cut by hand using recipes passed down through generations. Our pasta is served al dente, just as it should be in Italy.

Pizza Napoletana Verace - Authentic Neapolitan Pizza
Baked in our wood-fired oven imported from Naples, using San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella di bufala.
Our pizzas are crafted according to the strict standards of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The dough is hand-stretched thin, topped with the finest ingredients, and baked at 900°F for just 90 seconds. The result is a perfectly charred crust with a soft, airy interior - true Neapolitan perfection.

Risotto alla Milanese - Saffron Risotto
Creamy Arborio rice slowly cooked with saffron threads, white wine, and Parmigiano-Reggiano, finished with butter from Lombardy.
This signature dish from Milan is prepared using the traditional mantecatura technique, stirring constantly to release the rice's natural starches. The precious saffron gives the risotto its golden color and distinctive aroma, while the aged Parmigiano-Reggiano adds depth and richness to every spoonful.

Osso Buco alla Milanese - Braised Veal Shanks
Tender veal shanks slowly braised in white wine with soffritto, served with saffron risotto and gremolata.
This iconic Lombard dish features cross-cut veal shanks braised to perfection in a rich sauce of vegetables, white wine, and broth. The meat becomes so tender it falls off the bone, while the marrow in the center adds incredible richness. Traditionally served with risotto alla milanese and topped with fresh gremolata.

Tiramisu della Casa - House-made Tiramisu
The classic Italian dessert with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa powder.
Our tiramisu is made fresh daily using the traditional recipe from Veneto. We use authentic Savoiardi biscuits soaked in strong Italian espresso and dark rum, layered with rich mascarpone cream made with farm-fresh eggs and Italian mascarpone cheese. Dusted with finest Dutch cocoa powder for the perfect finish.
